Sale of Surplus Computer Equipment- Apple IPads #11450

The Alcorn School District will receive surplus bids for Apple iPads in the following manner:

All devices being sold will be sold as a complete lot. The District is not interested in selling individual devices.

Sealed bids, in-person bids, and/or electronic bids can be submitted to the Alcorn School District Administrative Office, 31 CR 401, Corinth, MS 38834 or electronically to kwoodard@alcornschools.org

Bids for the surplus auction must be received by May 10, 2022, at 11:00 AM CST.

Specifications and sample serial numbers for devices being surplused are on file at the Alcorn School District Administrative Office. To receive a copy of the specifications, please contact Dylan Lamber by email: dlambert@alcornschools.org. The Alcorn School District reserves the right to amend the specifications, as necessary, and agrees to notify all having requested bid packets.

The contract will be awarded to the lowest and most responsible bidder. The Alcorn School District reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and the right to award by line item.
